Dangoullin Trinidad is an older sister, honors graduate, working woman, and whatever else is needed of her for the moment. Living with her single mother Maria and her younger teenage brother Bantam, she has for better or worse and unshakeable tie with her family that was placed on her ever since she was born.

She is rational, calm, and collected, and makes sure to be polite.

As compared to her more city-bound peers, she's never truly let loose in life as she wishes she did. It's also given her a fair dose of anxiety and control issues: she's often found being a control freak. She wants the best for others and often forgets that people have personalities, likes, and dislikes. She frequently clashed with her mother in her younger days, who eventually decided to leave her alone; Although Maria is loving, two have not reconciled completely yet.

She likes being reliable, and loves being able to account for every bad outcome. Despite her worries, she believes she's self-sufficient and makes do, doing most things around the house her mother cannot. As capable as she presents herself and is, her extended family doesn't see her as fully mature.

Llin went to school for religious studies, despite frequent protests to become something else. She is currently a teacher's intern. Most of her plans are suddenly interrupted when her nosy brother brings someone by who thinks she's haunted, making her magic go oddly haywire.

History

Llin was born from a complicated situation. Her mother, Maria, was one of the first of the magic generation ever born with something as dramatic as wings. After Maria found little outlet for the frustration, a series of reckless behavior and flings led her to get with someone who she thought would magically fix everything. It did not. Llin was born, and later, Bantam. This isolations frustrates her and is the source of many of her worries, yet, she feels as if she should work harder to make up for it. She cut off many of her old college friends by accident after she felt as if she was being judged for her choices.

Being an oldest child of an immature mother, she would approach her with the precision one would with a nuclear bomb. The two are loving, yet frequently fought over Llin's life potentially isolating them from their already disapproving family. Maria regrets many of the things she'd said during this time, and so does Llin. The two have a healthier respect for one another, but still squabble more than they would like.

She transistioned during high school, and despite support from her family and close peers, was intensely worried about her appearance. Llin was approved for a rolling backpack due to her wings in school, and only grew out her hair during her graduation.

Magic

In contrast to Lambda's magic of possibility and endless potential, Llin's is much more oddly certain and down-to-earth. She has limited precognition and can sense the shifts of the Otherworld, feeling similar to something "going wrong." She is not one for grand uncontrollable feats and perfers reliability.

Although being quite learned, she has little in tune with the Otherworld and often has her reservations about it. Its playful nature often reminds her of how many of her dreams have been lost to study and work.

Llin is not aware of how much her own anxiety leaks into her power. She can't outright predict things, just sense shifts- which is still a useful ability in its own. However, as usual for herself, she takes everything upon herself to see if what she thinks will come to fruition.
