Commission TOS
When you commission me, you agree to the terms listed below:
General
- All commissioned goods are digital. No physical items will be sent.
- I reserve the right to decline commissions for any reason before payment is made.
- I have no set turnaround due to the nature of various ailmentstm. Refunds will only be given if I absolutely cannot complete the work in time for an urgent deadline.
- Turnarounds vary depending on the ordered work. Please check the details on what you are ordering.
Payment
- Payment will be made by a PayPal invoice in USD.
- When the finished work is completed, small edits will be provided for free. Large edits of finished files may incur fees. Please communicate with me to prevent this!
Rights
- You have the right to use it non-commercially. Commercial usage is not allowed.
- Please link to me whenever the work is display publically, preferably at limegreen.neocities.org.
- When transferring the files or works to another (for free or in a transaction,) please link to the original TOS.
